I purchased Yeezy slides "PURE" and they took a month to come, in which they came from China, so the writing couldn't be read, but on the box, the size was unisex. This would be the third pair I purchased and none of the others are packaged the same, the slides don't fit my feet at all. I complained to Flight Club and sent several messages regrading the situation. They informed me to start a claim, but I want other people to know, Flight Club is not legit as they claim to be and after investigating and finding research they sold me fake slides and since I found out they're willing to open up a claim but I have to provide extra information, when at the end of the day I paid for real slides to get something from China that doesn't come close to my size.

Great customer service, my merchandise was backed up but contacting customer service they were very helpful

Emailed to cancel my order about an hour after ordering, I'm just getting a response 2:00 this morning about how they cnt cancel my order due to my order already had been processed. Of course you cnt cancel my order 5 days later. No customer service number just emails. Flight Club need to do better. This is my last order from this company.

I could not complain when it coame to the customer service but what I did find pretty intriguing. I filled the application on the tablet, which I felt was lot my job to do. And after I typed in all of my personal information. I felt like if she were to read back my mailing address n email address to me. We would not being having this conversation. So I hope you can fix this small error when it comes to communication level.

If you message about refund they never message you back price was 357.48shoe was 1 week late the size of the shoe was 11 look like a 10.5 different box and paper insoles are different compare real ones. Bottom insole says 11 l instead of 11 M don't buy from flight club.

I ordered 300$ pair of shoes for my boyfriends birthday. After a few days when it should have been on the way I got a email that wanted me to verify my transaction number from my bank which is not a problem. The directions said 5 numbers after the astrict there was NO ASTICT in my transaction. I RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND MY ORDER WAS STILL CANCELED AFTER I SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT AND THEY SAID I WAS CORRECT i have to wait 7-10 days for a refund then try again which will be wayyy past his birthday. THANKS A LOT FLIGHT CLUB YOU SUCK

I called to return and was told that shoes needed to be have a tag attached and it didn't. Have it so I had to keep Shoes

I do not recommend buying here I spent $160
+ and have non-use

Ordered wrong size contacted flight club emeeditly to change size they did nothing to help and sent wrong size anyway

I was skeptical about ordering at first due to previous reviews. I made an error when ordering and contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE (SPEEDY & HELPFUL RESPONSE) lastly must I say my shoes got here pretty fast, authentic, and not damaged shoe nor box... don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ll be ordering again.

I clicked my shoe size but ended up getting the wrong size. I wouldn't even give them a one star I will never shop with them again!
